The '[Filetoss]' stanza tasks MUTIL with running a function that processes .TIC files from incoming directories and move/upload files to the appropriate file bases (optionally creating them). Files are then tossed to the fileboxes of all downlinks connected to the file base.

To enable this function you modify the '[general]' stanza as follows:

Filetoss           = true
