Export AREAS.BBS from Message Bases
The '[Export_AREAS.BBS]' stanza tasks MUTIL with exporting all Echomail message bases in a AREAS.BBS file format.
To enable this function you modify the '[general]' stanza as follows:
[general] Export_AREAS.BBS = true
