Edit Country Blocking
Mystic offers local country blocking that works with IPV4 and IPV6.
It uses a local database that exists in the DATA directory. This database is named iplocation.bin and is a free download from the Internet.
Read and note well all the comments in iplocation.txt

To enable the country blocking feature, you must also configure it on a per-server basis in the Configure Servers menu. In the example below a TELNET server has had Country Blocking enabled.
