Every Mystic BBS archive contains a WHATSNEW.TXT file. This file tracks the developmental changes made to Mystic BBS at the time the file archive was created. It outlines what is a new or changed feature, a bug fix, or something that has been removed.
In order to interpret entries recorded in WHATSNEW.TXT use the following key:
! = Bug fix + = New or changed feature - = Removed
