====== Pack and renumber message bases ======

After the '[PurgeMessageBases]' stanza has been run by MUTIL this stanza will task MUTIL with the job of repacking the .JAM data files associated with each message base in Mystic BBS.

To enable this function you modify the '[general]' stanza as follows:

  PackMessageBases   = true

This stanza firstly reduces the overall file size of each .JAM data file and then renumbers the remaining messages within the .JAM data file to create an unbroken numerical sequence of reference ID numbers for the remaining messages in a given message base. There are no additional switches available for this stanza.
