====== File Group Editor ======

This option allows the sysop to define a number of file groups that file bases can be associated with.

Examples might be files sent out by various networks e.g. fsxNet, Agoranet, Fidonet etc.

For each defined file group the sysop can change the name, set ACS records and set if the group is to remain hidden from group listings.
